Permanent marker with UV ink to make clear, invisible marks that illuminate bright blue when viewed with an ultraviolet or black light. Pen-touch works on most surfaces and offers permanent results. the marker features an aluminium barrel and a valve-action mechanism to ensure a good ink flow.
